An 'X' book for the Alphabet list I am currently reading.... I found this for free here

A short and amusing book about a group of ladies trying to become socialites - they have a small group that has a weekly meeting discussing books among other things.

One afternoon they invite the Author of a popular novel to lunch and all the ladies find her rather cold and in my opinion arrogant.

One of their 'lesser' members proves to be a little more street smart than the others gave her credit for. This is a quick and pleasant read if you are looking for an 'X' title.
