Water

I am sure most of us knowand would agree there are many benefits to drinking water.

Benefits of Drinking Water
The body is 60-70% water and adequate water intake helps to provide the following benefits:

  • Flushes out wastes, transports nutrients, regulates body temperature, maintains acid-alkaline balance and support chemical processes. 
  • Keeps skin moist, energy levels up and alleviates some headaches. 
  • Keeping well hydrated often helps to regulate appetite. People often mistake thirst and hunger, and eat when their bodies are actually craving fluid.

Now take me for example, (since it is my blog who else would we take) I am making an effort to drink at least a litre of water a day. We get 2 litre bottles here and I have one next to me right now that I opened about 8pm - it is now 10:30 pm and it is empty! Yes 2 litres of water in the last 2 and a half hours.

I feel good for it, nice and refreshed, well atually a little full LOL.

There is one problem................................. you don't half pee a lot!!

I am almost considering doing it in a bottle to recycle! *just kidding*
