I am sure most of us knowand would agree there are many benefits to drinking water.

Now take me for example, (since it is my blog who else would we take) I am making an effort to drink at least a litre of water a day. We get 2 litre bottles here and I have one next to me right now that I opened about 8pm - it is now 10:30 pm and it is empty! Yes 2 litres of water in the last 2 and a half hours.
I feel good for it, nice and refreshed, well atually a little full LOL.
There is one problem................................. you don't half pee a lot!!
I am almost considering doing it in a bottle to recycle! *just kidding*
