Waaahh

Yesterday I ended up cleaning, knitting and sitting in the sun and listening to music, it was a lovely day and very warm (23 celsius) -  I got a little sun which makes a change and I thought I would have a go at the bikini pattern I found.

I did the bottoms and they were looking a little small but I thought be brave, knit on, so I did, I finished the bottoms. I was right too small! even though I knit the 'for bigger bottoms' size, very small would be a phrase. I think the yarn I used was too thin so the gauge was all off, I did check it but maybe I was tired or just plain stupid!

I have to say though the yarn my secret pal sent knits up sooo nice, now I just have to figure out what I can make with it! *sigh*

Today is MEGA windy, and warm (6 degrees above average) and I am trying to enjoy the warmth.
