I found this book on the net as a free read from the Gutenberg Project. The reason I wanted to read it is it was mentioned in FRIENDS as Kathy's favorite book - she was seeing Joey at the time and Chandler bought a first edition for her.

This is a kids book and short but very sweet and with a message about things dying which kids have to learn at some time.

I am going to use this as my V book for the Alpha challenge though I probably should choose something with more substance. I will most likely make up for it by reading something very long soon though.
