A while ago my mum said keep an eye out for post so I have and finally that wonderful post-person (how P.C.) brought an envelope with a beautiful chart and cute kit in it. I am smitten with the chart and I feel like going out and starting it now but I must discipline myself, need to finish the WIP's I have both knitting and Cross-Stitch. I am not doing too badly really, ok I am really, I just get excited about a design or pattern and want to do all at once -

I am still lagging with my meme stitch though you can tell what it is now at least and I have the bits for this fortnights theme ready (yay me!)

I have yet to get around to the stitchers 5 so now I will give that a whirl......

BEADS

1. Which type of beads do you prefer Mill Hill, Delica or other brand?
a. I have yet to stich with beads though I have a mini kit to do

2. Why?
a. too many WIPS

3. What do you use to stitch beads on with?
a. I will use the threads in the kit, ordinary floss I think

4. When to bead..as you go or at the end?
a. I think I will do them as I go

5. Do you bead only with cross stitch or do you use them on their own?
a. I make things with beads, pen covers, lighter covers, little crocodiles, jewellery, hair clips, what ever I can think of - I have to be in beading mode though, I often go months without beading anything at all.
