dazed and confused

Mood this afternoon can only be described as dazed due to the following: Have not worn specs or contacts today!

This is due to the following: Whilst cleaning said glasses, one of lenses came away from frame. As said glasses are half frames do not want to risk loosing damaging etc lens.

Now I could wear lenses you say but alas no this afternoon I have an appointment with the optician to see how much my sight has deteriorated from working on a bloody computer too bloody long! They request that clients coming for an appointment refrain from wearing contacts for 24 hours prior to appointment – bah!

I can see fine, I just can’t focus!

Having lunch now – am bloody hungry – stuffing my face with slices of Maltese bread with tuna and ‘capponata’ olive oil and pepper …. What is capponata um well it’s a mix of eggplant and zucchini and tomatoes – I just searched yahoo and low and behold apparently it’s a Jewish thing :O well anyway I put it all together and bunged it into the toastie machine for a nice little twist and I must say yum…
