Ooh I certainly enjyed dinner tonight. We bought some calamari rings and I cooked them in olive oil, pakrika, cayenne pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice. We had chips and salad with it with my own dressing for the salad.
I will be making roast lamb this sunday for mothers day lunch - Stews mum and dad will be coming up to eat with usbut I need to get a good yorkshire pud recipe and practice...wish me luck!
